If you're travelling to Uttoxeter by train then your best bet for bridging the final gap to the park is probably the 32A First service. It's a local service so is fairly cheap to use and operates quite frequently between the park and Uttoxeter Rail Station.

The 32A service doesn't actually go into the park, you'll be dropped off at the park on the grassy verge outside the main entrance gates. From there just enter through the gates, head towards the pick-up/drop-off point, turn right and the admission kiosks are virtually infront of you. The bus will stop at the wooden bus shelter outside the entrance gates when heading back to Uttoxeter.
